Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email address, a hashed password, and an encrypted authenticator secret.
• What you tell the Service: your conversations with the vCISO, and the records it keeps for your business (systems, vendors, risks, policies, decisions).
• Operational records: the terms version you accepted and when and from which address, sign-in events, approval decisions, usage counts, and the server logs needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: producing answers, keeping your records, and enforcing the authority level you set.
• To keep the Service secure: rate limits, sign-in protection, abuse detection.
• To bill you, through your Foxx Cyber account at foxxcyber.com.
• To support you when you write to us.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.

Who processes it

Anthropic, PBC processes the content of conversations to produce the model's answers, under terms that prohibit using that content to train its models. Railway Corp. hosts the Service and its databases in the United States. Foxx Cyber's portal at foxxcyber.com handles accounts and billing; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach the Service.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When it closes we delete your records within ninety days, except what we must keep by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted.

Your choices

• You can export your records from the Service at any time.
• You can close your account by writing to support@foxxcyber.com.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the same address.

Security

Every account uses an authenticator app in addition to a password. Records are isolated per business at the database level. Connections are encrypted in transit. Foxx Cyber publishes its security posture at foxxcyber.com/security.
